Available in California only and limited to available funds. Rates, terms, fees and availability vary by borrower, property, loan type and county, and are subject to credit approval. Not all applicants will qualify.

For eligible California veterans
Applicants must meet the California Department of Veterans Affairs’ current eligibility and program requirements. Financing is for an eligible primary residence in California; a purchase or no-cash-out refinance may be considered under program rules. Program access is limited to available funds, and property, borrower, and transaction requirements apply.
