Alex Lutkus

I’m Alex Lutkus, a mortgage loan consultant and corporate branch manager at PRMG in Southern California. My experience helping borrowers, reviewing loan files, and coaching loan officers has shown me how much a good conversation early on can shape a home purchase.

I especially enjoy working with first-time homebuyers. Many people come to me wondering whether they’ve saved enough, what they can comfortably afford, or where to begin. I walk through the numbers in plain English, from closing costs to what a monthly payment could mean for their family. Sometimes we find a path to buying sooner than expected. Other times, we build a plan so they know what to work toward.

I also help homeowners think beyond their first purchase. As equity grows, it may create options, such as keeping a first home as a rental after moving, buying an investment property, or building equity over time. For some families, building a seven-figure net worth is a long-term goal. I enjoy helping people consider where real estate might fit into that plan and how each decision could affect their budget.
